My New Point of View

Learning to make melon fresco.

I was fortunate enough to find everything bagels in San Juan.  Starting my day with fresco and bagels.  All over the cultural exchange.

Where I used to run.  I moved about 4 days ago and am starting to run with my host mom around 5:30 each morning.  It's a great way to start my day.  She has a great spirit.

This man fileted this black tuna in about 4 minutes.  Fresh off the boat and scrumtralescent.

There are moments here when I feel like everything is exactly as it should be.  Often it comes when I look at the brilliant night sky, reminiscent of nights at the ranch, or sunsets like these.

Sopa de pescado.  1 Litre of milk, chiltomas, tomates, cebollas, mackarel, cilantro, seasoning.

It's become sort of a cooking class.  Tostones.

Getting excited about this project.  Starting a pregnant women's group at the end of this month.

Rivas is surrounded by beautiful beaches.
